  • When do you deliver the flowers?

Flowers are delivered every Thursday, Friday + Saturday locally between the hours of 9am-4pm. Your bouquet will be delivered on the day you select. If you require a bouquet on a specific date please contact me. 

  • When do I need to order my flowers by?

Same week delivery requires orders to be placed by 12pm Wednesday. If you place an order after this you will receive your flowers the week after. 

  • I'd like a bouquet for a birthday, can you deliver on a Monday?

If you have a specific date you would like a bouquet for, I appreciate as much notice as possible, especially if it is for a day that isn't included in my delivery days.

  • Do you deliver to someone else's address as a gift?

I sure do! If you are buying a bouquet for someone else there will be a box for you to fill out their address. The bouquet will be delivered straight to them. At checkout please fill out your information as normal. The 'shipping address' should be yours and the recipients address should be in the allocated box.

  • Can I choose my own flowers?

Of course. I am always happy to get creative with your choice of flowers. Drop me an email to discuss your floral vision. Please bear in mind that if it is a flower that I can't use in other bouquets there may be an extra charge as wholesale flowers are bought in bulk, usually in bunches of 10 or more.

  • What if no one is home when you deliver?

If you know you will not be home, or the recipient of the bouquet is not home I can either leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour or depending on distance I will try again later on in the day.

  • Will I be notified when my bouquet is out for delivery?

If you would like to receive a text message for an estimated time of arrival please make me aware when you are placing your order. Add it into the notes.​
